OUR MISSION – PROTECTING THOSE WHO PROTECT US
OUR MISSION: TO MAKE ALL BROWARD COUNTY FIRST RESPONDERS OUR FIRST PRIORITY BY PROVIDING VITAL RESOURCES THROUGH COMMUNITY AND CORPORATE COLLABORATION
There’s nothing we wouldn’t do for first responders.
Since 1985, our mission has been to provide financial support to the families of Broward County’s first responders killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty. In many cases, the need is for immediate help to pay expenses such as rent, mortgages, food, utilities, and other household expenses. Our other goal is to fund the resources our first responders may need to safely fulfill their daily duties.
Broward Sheriff’s Advisory Council also develops programs that promote a positive relationship between our citizens and all Broward County first responders.
We are a non-profit 501(C)(3) Corporation supported solely by donations from our members and the generosity of the community. No other organization is more committed to helping first responders and their families than we are, working to support the Broward County community in general and the people we depend on to keep our community a safe and desirable place to live.
